Patricia is a great trainer who is very attentive to meeting your fitness goals.  I have been going to her for numerous years and she has always been flexible with my schedule to ensure I can get workouts in. She will develop a routine around your fitness goals and is always encouraging you to push harder as needed.  She makes changes as you go to be more challenging, reduce boredom and ensures muscles get and stay toned, as well as, provide proper technique and instructions to prevent any injury.

Recently, my fitness goals changed from maintaining healthy bones to weight loss. Based on doctors orders losing weight was imperative to my health. Patricia was a critical part of my success story and weight loss. Though I’m still on my journey I have lost over 90 pounds and will continue to stay the course with my eating habits and loyal Patricia will continue to keep me fit and toned. Of course having lost that much weight I did lose some muscle so we are doing more, but that’s ok because now I can do more.

If your ready to get fit give Patricia a try it doesn’t matter what level you are beginner, somewhat fit or want to improve, or to maintain, or are lacking in motivation and need accountability, that was me. I can’t count all benefits her help as provided over the years, she has been a blessing to me!

Some pointers, when ready to make a commitment call and schedule.  Suggest you be prepared to discuss your fitness goals, health issues and any past injuries.  Also, if you have a big goal like I did know that dramatic changes don’t happen overnight it took over a year (baby steps and little successes adds up!)
