Steve is a very good trainer. He works around your schedule and makes sure nothing is hurting during the workouts. Working with ALL Bodies Fitness has been nothing short of a phenomenal and transformative experience. After two months now of focusing on improving my health I am seeing serious results. I am already reaping the rewards
I have only been working with Patricia from All Bodies Fitness for a few months, but I am already reaping the rewards of her training, She is extremely knowledgeable in regards to fitness and is quite motivating which I sorely need. She definitely takes your current state into consideration and adjust your workout accordingly. Besides being motivating Patricia is incredibly warm and encouraging and instead of dreading the workout, like I normally did, I find myself looking forward to it. Patricia is also quite knowledgeable about nutrition and has provided much guidance in that area as well.

I took a chance using Bark to find a personal trainer. Well all the stars were aligned and I found Patricia of All Bodies Fitness. She reached out with a warm email that felt genuine and non salesy. We did a meetup. I liked her spirit. Told her my goals. She challenge me to stretch. I am in my 4th week (I think) and lost 5-6lbs. In believeable. She’s a subtle dictative trainer but you don’t know it. I’ve enjoyed every moment with her. She faithfully checks in via text with coaching, inspiration or humor. She’s a people person. I have low back pain and she considers that in my training. Never causing me to hurt or injure myself. My little fur guy loves her. Money well spent. I’m getting results. – Cathy P.

Patricia is a great trainer who is very attentive to meeting your fitness goals. I have been going to her for numerous years and she has always been flexible with my schedule to ensure I can get workouts in. She will develop a routine around your fitness goals and is always encouraging you to push harder as needed. She makes changes as you go to be more challenging, reduce boredom and ensures muscles get and stay toned, as well as, provide proper technique and instructions to prevent any injury.
Recently, my fitness goals changed from maintaining healthy bones to weight loss. Based on doctors orders losing weight was imperative to my health. Patricia was a critical part of my success story and weight loss. Though I’m still on my journey I have lost over 90 pounds and will continue to stay the course with my eating habits and loyal Patricia will continue to keep me fit and toned. Of course having lost that much weight I did lose some muscle so we are doing more, but that’s ok because now I can do more.
If your ready to get fit give Patricia a try it doesn’t matter what level you are beginner, somewhat fit or want to improve, or to maintain, or are lacking in motivation and need accountability, that was me. I can’t count all benefits her help as provided over the years, she has been a blessing to me!
Some pointers, when ready to make a commitment call and schedule. Suggest you be prepared to discuss your fitness goals, health issues and any past injuries. Also, if you have a big goal like I did know that dramatic changes don’t happen overnight it took over a year (baby steps and little successes adds up!) Patricia tells me all the time it is good to set goals, she’s right, and to add my2cents enjoy the journey and have fun. – Denise S. Centreville, VA
